Be in two weeks probably before, on the treaty of the nuke that American government once aimed to cut down the United States and Russia two countries in ” touch porcelain ” our China, want to pulling nuke amount to be inferior to the United States or Russia far the China of any one party also joins this treaty, still say to be able to give China on conference table ” take the place ” .

At that time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our China is clear this just attending innocently in expressing is the treaty negotiation between the United States and Russia two countries originally, and expose says the United States takes China to say a thing again and again is only actually in deceive the consistent intrigue of its shirk responsibility.

What can make a person did not think of is, on the beautiful Russia negotiation that the American government of brazen-faced depends on was being held in Austrian capital Vienna on June 22 really unexpectedly, the flag that agreed to place China without China…

Following plan institute are shown, american army controls a problem special delegate Marshall Bilinsili is in his individual was released on gregarious Zhang date there is Chinese flag on Zhangzai conference table.

(the date of individual socialization Zhang that check scheme comes from Marshall Bilinsili)

This action is apparent of course touch porcelain. It is early when June 9, hua Chunying of spokesman of Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses already clearly ” in just had clarified for many times footing, just attend innocently in so called ‘ Sino-US Russia 3 Bian Jun accuses to negotiate ‘ , this footing is very clear. This footing is very clear..

And Hua Chunying still says at that time ” we notice Russia is in the beauty ” the measure treaty that attacks sexual strategy weapon about be cut down further and be being restricted ” on delay problem, beautiful the thing just says in just be being taken again and again, this is the United States the consistent intrigue to responsibility of other country shirk. This is the United States the consistent intrigue to responsibility of other country shirk..

But the United States compared Linsili just to had begun him at that time ” the type that touch porcelain ” performance. He is first first the Tie Wenzhong June 10 alleges, although China won’t come, but ” the negotiation seat of Vienna still is met waiting for China ” , established a China with respect to such without foundation ” will join meeting ” ” target ” .

And nowadays, spread out as what beautiful today Russia talks, of government of this United States ” army accuse to represent ” ” guide oneself act oneself ” the ground forward before he himself is fictional go out that ” target ” had a gun, hair post blames us ” will not join meeting ” , next with respect to defile we are ” hide at the back of the Great Wall to develop nuclear weapon secretly ” .

Nevertheless, he this is covered ” the type that touch porcelain ” in the performance most ” fan ” , or at the beginning we mention the operation that that he agrees with to place our ensign to the assembly room without our China.

Abroad hands in ministry army to accuse to manage director Fu Cong is in those who compare Linsili directly in this net sticks next leaving a message that say spicily: “A much more barpque setting! Agree to put Chinese national flag to conference table without what pass China… can you still have much LOW? Agree to put Chinese national flag to conference table without what pass China… can you still have much LOW??

U.N. of Chinese permanent Vienna and the official Zhang number that other international organizes delegacy also say spicily: “Is this behavior art of the United States? “Is this behavior art of the United States??

” China Daily ” the president Chen Weihua that is stationed in an European Union to part a company also leaves a message the opinion on public affairs that rebuked to compare Linsili, carelessness is: The United States these year exited many international treaty, early do not have public letter force, and of Chinese nuke amount and United States and Russia measure level in far from, unless the United States agrees, reduce nuclear weapon to volume level of China so, asking China enters a negotiation otherwise is talk nonsense.

A reporter that connects Reuter also sees no less than going to, the photograph that says than Linsili this American army accuses a delegate to release is ” be without a basis ” and ” have misdirect sex extremely ” .

Nevertheless, outside the condition instead China the element is in however very ground of exert to one’s utmost gives the United States the government ” echo sb ” , follow American government one case China of bring shame on. Of the United States official outside announce media ” American sound ” is a reporter returned ” fantastic ” does the ground allege with Chinese official of American the State Council ” confirm ” in does the disarmament that just did not attend to be held in Vienna negotiate — but ” confirm ” be so those who use?

Finally, according to the report of Reuter, russia government ends a group of photographs of late cloth to show in talk of this beautiful Russia, the photograph that pastes the national flag of that group of China that give than Linsili had disappeared during the talk sign.

To this, abroad hands in ministry army to accuse to manage the view of the media of Russia of quote of official Zhang date in small gain platform says in, because American practice sufferred the opposition of Russian square personnel, this is, mogged then Chinese ensign. But before mog, the United States still just is gallinaceous thief ground took that piece of picture.

Human rights museum criticized, employees say work environment racist

The Canadian Museum for Human Rights in Winnipeg.Brian Donogh / Brian Donogh/Winnipeg Sun/QMI AgencyThe Canadian Museum for Human Rights will conduct an external review following social media posts alleging a racist and discriminatory work environment.“We recognize we have both a responsibility and an obligation to listen and learn from those who have shared their experiences,” John Young, the museum’s president, said Thursday.“We take them very seriously and acknowledge their frustration. It’s apparent in the messaging they shared.”The Winnipeg museum posted images of a Justice for Black Lives rally in the city last Friday on its Facebook page. People who say they are current and former employees began responding that it was hypocritical because of racism they faced working at the museum. One person said she worked at the museum for four years and experienced the most racism she’d ever seen in her life.Other people online shared stories about Black or Indigenous employees being used by management to show diversity to donors. They also spoke about some visitors to the museum being racist and employees having no support.Young responded in a post online, saying it’s not enough for the museum to make statements opposing racism.“We must identify shortcomings and blind spots, both within ourselves as individuals and within the museum, and take concrete steps to improve,” he said.Young said the museum will reach out to staff and volunteers who are Black, Indigenous and people of colour to listen to their experiences and concerns. The museum will also hire an external organization to do an audit of its workplace practices and policies. Young said changes cannot just come from the top and the museum will work with employees to improve.“There are very high expectations for the Canadian Museum for Human Rights.”Some people posting online said they are skeptical of the museum’s response. Some also called for a review of Black content at the museum. The Public Service Alliance of Canada, the union that represents staff at the museum, said these issues have been raised with management since 2018.Marianne Hladun, executive vice-president for the Prairie region, said in a news release Thursday that museum management rejected proposals to have anti-harassment training for all staff.“It is not enough for any institution, never mind a museum dedicated to human rights, to make statements opposing racism while continuing to allow a toxic culture that harasses people of colour and makes them feel worthless.”CommentsShare your thoughtsMuseums Racism and Bigotry

HUNTER: The rise and bloody fall of a career criminal

Dobroslav "Bulgarian Bobby" Manchev was murdered in March in Toronto.Handout / SUPPLIED“I coulda been a contender. I could’ve been somebody …” —Terry Malloy (Marlon Brando), On the Waterfront.Dobroslav “Bulgarian Bobby” Manchev was smart, “sophisticated,” enterprising, hard-working.A pal reckons that with his smarts and work ethic, he could have made millions on Bay St. or some other arm of corporate Canada where the stealing is done with a briefcase instead of a gun.Instead, on March 18 just before 9 p.m., the 51-year-old career criminal was shot to death in Scarborough. His pal told the Toronto Sun he met Manchev at a Queen St. gym when they were still in their teens. They became friends.“Bobby was built like a pit bull and at the time wanted to be a wrestler. His family was from Bulgaria and he had that tough Eastern European mindset,” his friend said, asking not to be identified for fear of repercussions. His family owned the Sophia Cafe in Cabbagetown and a number of houses in the vicinity. At a fairly early age, Manchev was into stealing. The target was luxury cars and he was a “superb” driver.“Bobby drove like a pro and he was only in his late teens. And he was fearless, afraid of nothing,” the friend said with a laugh, adding that Manchev was once the biggest car thief in the country. And then there was the steroid business. The Sun source admitted he was involved.“We worked out and sold steroids, they weren’t illegal — only if you were trafficking in them,” the friend said, adding that their unlikely supplier was an elderly Toronto lawyer.Manchev was also strong as an ox. At 5-foot-7 and 210 pounds, he could lift 400 pounds. As for the gangster’s buddy, time ran out when he was arrested for trafficking in the early 1990s. After doing a couple of years in prison, the man straightened his life out and never looked back.Manchev, on the other hand, kept moving up the ladder in the southern Ontario underworld. Before his murder, he was last mentioned in the Toronto Sun in 2008 for drugs and gun trafficking, running his criminal ring out of a cafe in Greektown. Cops called him the mastermind of the operation.By that point, Manchev knew how police worked. In 2000, he went down for six-and-a-half years for running a robbery gang that included disgraced Toronto cop Darin Cooper, a 10-year veteran.Manchev, Cooper and their associates used police-issue uniforms and vehicles to rob fellow drug traffickers. In 2008, Det. James MacSween described Manchev as “sophisticated. … His co-accused was an ex-Toronto Police officer, he has working knowledge how police operate and whatnot.”And the wily criminal had another ace up his sleeve that he didn’t get to play: He was ready to go on the lam back to Bulgaria.Detectives found euros, fake IDs and passports. A freezer in his home contained $50,000 in cash.Manchev’s old friend wasn’t shocked his life ended in a hail of bullets.“I was surprised he lasted this long,” the man said. “It’s too bad, he really could have been something.”Charged with first-degree murder in Manchev’s slaying is Joseph Paquet, 48, of Toronto. The police? They’re saying nothing. The accused killer only pops up in connection to the Manchev murder. He doesn’t appear to be a star in the criminal milieu. At least not like Bobby Manchev.bhunter@postmedia.com@HunterTOSunCommentsShare your thoughts

Ghana’s gold output rose 6% in 2019

File photo File photoClick to read all about coronavirus →Gold output for Ghana increased from 2.807 million ounces in 2018 to 2.989 million ounces in 2019, a 6 percent increase from the previous year’s output, the Chamber of Mines said in its annual general meeting today, Friday, 29 May 2020.However, gold assayed by the Precious Minerals Marketing Company (PMMC) on behalf of Licensed Gold Exporting Companies, which represents small-scale production, decreased from 1.984 million ounces in 2018 to 1.588 million ounces in 2019.This 20 percent decrease in the small-scale mining sub-sector resulted in a decline in total gold production from 4.792 million ounces in 2018 to 4.577 million ounces in 2019.Consequently, the large-scale sector improved on its contribution to national gold production, from 59 percent in 2018 to 65 percent in 2019 whereas the small-scale sector accounted for 35 percent of national gold production in 2019; a decline from 41 percent in 2018.Meanwhile, the bulk minerals sector – manganese and bauxite – recorded 18 percent and 10 percent improvements in output respectively. The shipment of manganese by the country’s sole producer, Ghana Manganese Company, increased from 4.551 million tonnes in 2018 to 5.383 million tonnes in 2019 as a result of the company’s business model which is designed to increase production to meet global demand for its product.Similarly, Ghana Bauxite Company recovered from the previous year’s slump in production to record a year-on-year growth. Improvements in operational activities of the company resulted in an increase in shipments from 1.011 million tonnes in 2018 to 1.116 million tonnes in 2019.The purchases of diamonds by PMMC, however, fell from 0.057 million carats in 2018 to 0.033 million carats in 2019 due to a 41 percent fall in production.“The persistent decline in purchases of diamonds largely reflects low recoveries from small-scale winners and the continued shut down of the only large-scale producer of diamonds in Ghana,” said Eric Asubonteng President of the Chamber.

May salaries will be paid on time – Controller

File photo File photoClick to read all about coronavirus →The Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD), has assured all government workers that May salaries will be paid on schedule. This comes after some reports on social media suggest that validation for the salaries of government workers for the month of May has been postponed due to some technical challenges. The widely circulated reports also stated that the payment of salaries of public sector workers for May was going to be delayed because the management of CAGD had encountered some technical glitch during its Electronic Salary Payment Voucher (E-SPV) validation exercise on its payroll. But the CAGD in a statement signed by the Head of Public Relations, Cephas Dosoo, stated categorically that these reports are false.“The payroll run is ongoing and salaries for the month of May will be paid on schedule,” the statement read. U.K. to introduce 14-day quarantine for international arrivals from June 8

Britain's Home Secretary Priti Patel holds a news conference on the coronavirus at 10 Downing Street in London, Britain May 22, 2020.Andrew Parsons / Handout via REUTERSLONDON — Britain will introduce a COVID-19 quarantine for travelers arriving from abroad from June 8, interior minister Priti Patel said on Friday, a measure that airlines have warned will devastate their industry. All international arrivals, including returning Britons, will have to self-isolate for 14 days and provide details of where they will be staying under the plans, which were criticized by airlines, business groups and politicians alike.“Now we are past the peak of this virus, we must take steps to guard against imported cases triggering a resurgence of this deadly disease,” Patel said at a news conference. Those who breach the quarantine in England could be fined 1,000 pounds, and spot checks would be carried out by health and border officials. The quarantine will not apply to those arriving from the Irish Republic, or to freight drivers, medical professionals and seasonal agricultural workers. The measures will be reviewed every three weeks.Transport minister Grant Shapps has suggested the government would seek to negotiate “air bridges” for travelers coming from countries with low virus infection rates. In France, Britain’s closest neighbor on the continent of Europe, the government said it regretted Britain’s decision. It stood ready to impose reciprocal measures, AFP news agency cited the French interior ministry as saying.Unlike many other countries, Britain has carried out few tests and checks on visitors, with quarantine limited only to arrivals from China at the start of the outbreak.Spain and Italy have introduced rules that mean international arrivals must self-isolate for two weeks, while on Friday Ireland gave further details for its own quarantine proposals. The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) said the blanket quarantine was deeply concerning and could be avoided with strong safety measures.“This approach will damage international business and investor confidence at a time when it is vital to demonstrate that the UK can open for business safely,” BCC Director General Adam Marshall said. The opposition Labour Party supported the measures but said the government’s handling of UK arrivals had “lacked urgency, coherence and clarity from the outset.” Some members of Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s Conservative party have also criticized the plan.Chief among industry critics are airline bosses, who have said the measures would have severe repercussions. Michael O’Leary, Ryanair’s chief executive, said they would be “unenforceable and unpoliceable.”Ryanair and easyJet have outlined plans to restart some flights in coming months. But under the quarantine plan, Virgin Atlantic will not restart until August at the earliest.“Introducing a quarantine at this stage makes no sense and will mean very limited international aviation at best,” said Tim Alderslade, chief executive of industry body Airlines UK. “It is just about the worst thing government could do if their aim is to restart the economy.”CommentsShare your thoughtscoronavirus United Kingdom
